Support & General Inquiries

For gameplay questions, account issues, supporter billing, or anything else not covered below:

We aim to reply within 2 business days. During busy periods (or right after a big release) it can take a little longer, but every message gets a human answer.

Reporting a Bug

Bug reports are gold. To help us fix things quickly, please include:

  1. What happened and what you expected to happen instead.
  2. Your device and browser (for example, "iPhone 15, Safari" or "Windows 11, Chrome").
  3. The page or puzzle where it occurred — a link to the daily answer page or a note like "free play, third round" both work.
  4. A screenshot, if you can grab one.

Send reports to support@wordtry.com with "Bug" somewhere in the subject line.

Privacy Requests

To ask about your data, request a copy of it, or have it deleted, email privacy@wordtry.com. Details on what we store and why are in our Privacy Policy.

Feedback & Feature Ideas

Want a new game mode, another language, or a better accessibility option? Tell us at support@wordtry.com with "Idea" in the subject. We can't build everything, but player suggestions have already shaped the leaderboard, share cards, and color-blind mode.
